Description Reporting directly to the Business Head, you would be responsible for: - Leading New Product Design across all categories with a team of 15 engineers - Handling the current portfolio and driving innovation in it - Working with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc. effectively - Driving strategic tie-ups with partners. - Managing patents & IPRs - Ensuring growth and development of the teams working with you Profile Ideally, you are a full-time Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics with 15+ years of experience in electromechanical precision systems like locks, passive entry, security systems etc. You should have at least 5 years of experience in new product development along with relevant experience in Product Design, R&amp;D Manufacturing &amp; Engineering. You should be adept in creative problem solving and should have relevant software skills for managing designs.
