Design Expert/Lead - IT

Looking for a Design Expert and Design Lead with the following skills sets:

- High performing Tech employee who has a strong understanding of the current Tech organization and its services

- Deep IT Knowledge

- Well respected within Tech, with established relationships across Tech

- The propensity for innovative thinking with an eye towards how things should be done in the future

- 10+ years of experience in business architecture/organizational modeling & planning /Tech operations in agile environment

- Strong communication skills and sound business judgment

- Good problem-solving skills, ability to help others organize problem-solving

- Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties design solutions, obtain buy-in and communicate effectively through resolution

- Ability to manage large scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams

- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

- Ability to deliver concise time-critical information to all levels of management technology and business teams
