Job Description: - To ensure day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial &amp; related activities of the company. - To assess company's performance against its annual budget and long-term strategy, develop financial and tax strategies for the company. - Finance role to front-end Accounting, Finalization, multiple audits (including but not limited to risk, internal, statutory, concurrent, due-diligence, regulator, authorities) in regulated environment. - Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization against short-term and long-term goals, budgets and forecasts. Finalizing the Annual Financial Statements, and filing with the relevant Authorities, by liaising with the Auditors. - Owning matters related to taxation through tax resource - Income tax, GST, tax planning opportunities, new tax laws and structuring. Liaise with statutory and internal auditor - for half yearly audits, tax regulators, accounting regulators and regulatory bodies. provide information to auditors, shareholders and other stakeholders on a timely basis - Analyze company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, receivables and compliance with budgets. Develop, prepare and present the most effective monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division/ customer/ project/ product, forecast vs. budget by division and weekly cash flow by division. - MIS in a timely manner for financial and business performance - Decisions on optimizing costs and keeping the spends and other activities aligned to the budget and under check Required Candidate profile: - Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience in people leadership position, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - CA / MBA Finance from reputed Business School with minimum 10+ Years of experience in Retail / Lifestyle industry. - Experience of managing company audits is must
