- Design cafe was founded in 2011, by award-winning architects & designers Gita Ramanan and Shezan Bhojani, who together bring more than two decades of national and international design experience to the table. A pair of workaholic entrepreneurs, they are both Innovators and Magicians alike and are driven to bring the power of design to millions of lives. Since its inception, the team of 50+ expert professionals has successfully designed over 500 projects across the country from 1000 sq.ft to 1.4 million sq.ft in size, varying in genres of individual homes, small apartments, large offices, restaurants, schools, and hotels.

Who we are looking for :

- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in strategizing and implementing effective, results-oriented employee engagement initiatives/events for a startup.

- Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience. Sensitivity to detail, creative thinking ability, and well-developed people management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flair to connect people to the brand through effective and impactful communication.

- Data savvy with good analytical skills.

- Thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment.

What you will do :

- Strategize, design and implement a sustainable employee engagement plan through social initiatives, such as internal sports tournaments, competitions, happy hours, hobby workshops, wellness activities and CSR initiatives.

- Champion employee communication strategies across the employee lifecycle for better engagement and employee participation.

- Keep abreast of new social media sites and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns to drive higher engagement.

- Plan, design and manage the company's people impact pages on social media tools like Glassdoor, LinkedIn etc. Adopt creative ways to address the critical items and engage reviewers.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop DC's talent brand, build relevant programs, operationalize them, and measure their success.

- Liaising with external vendors, evaluating event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost-benefit analysis, etc.
