KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the complete Design Cafe New Store expansion charter

- Design the Company-Owned-Company-Operated(COCO) and Company-Owned-Franchisee-Operated(COFO( expansion programs

- Lead Market Research, ConsumerSurvey and key decisions in terms of Geography and Type of offering

- Work with 3rd party service providers to scout and narrow down potential Franchisees and store locations

- Lead the negotiations, and agreement closure discussions with Landlord and Franchisees

- Plan, organize, and execute NSO marketing & sales programs.

- Planning of New store launches with new innovative mediums and achieving cost efficiency (Which include catchments analysis, roll-out plan & launch).

- Deck & Intro, Design Concepts, Drawing Handover (With Mall Approval), Manpower Budgeting, GST New State, Experience Center VM & Operations.

- In charge of the complete leasing process.

- Managing New properties portfolio.

- Responsible for timely delivery of all the Requirement, Experience Center Store fit outs completion, Responsible for auditing IT, Clinical Equipment Installed, AC, Furniture's, Lights, Signage's, Tiles Layout, False Ceiling, Fa- ade, Visual Display

- Ensuring all snags are identified and cleared within the stipulated timeline.

- Ensured the New Experience Centers are handed over to operations as per agreed timelines.

- Responsible for completion of New Experience opening checklist.

- Ensuring completion of all Marketing activities both Online (Google Listing, Local search Engine, Website) & Offline (Hyper Local Marketing Activities, Hoarding, Banners, Digital Signage Activation)

- Landlords/ Developer relationship post leasing

- Working with cross function and vendors to ensure snag -free NSO operations.

- Liaison with the mall officials/Landlords for finalizing & execution of Design Cafe's Experience Centers

- Analyze ROI On All Customer Market Activities And Outline Key Areas Of Opportunity With A Continuous Improvement Mindset.

- Coordination & management of advertising agencies, media buying agencies, print/ electronic media for getting the desired results within time-frame.

- Key Performance Metrics - # of new stores launched as compared to planned roll-outs, Budget variance of the new store, New store launch TAT and efficiency, Store readiness at the time of launch and for first couple of months of operations.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role

- Strong relationship building skills

- Demonstrates empathy and compassion in all interactions

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
