Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site Divisional Business Manager role located in Bhubaneshwar.
- The Divisional Business Manager will oversee business operations within the assigned division, implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and drive team performance to achieve organizational goals.
- Responsibilities include getting business growth, developing growth strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient delivery of services and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze business trends, develop strategies, and execute them to meet organizational goals.
- Proficiency in financial management, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development and organizational growth initiatives.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in Derma/Skincare industry mandatory.
Requirement:
- Experience 5+ years.
