We are hiring for structuring profile for one of the TOP MNC firm in Mumbai Location. Experience : 7-12yrs Job Location : Mumbai. Skills : Structuring experience in derivatives, Fixed income,FX,Forex. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Functionally responsible for pre-trade/origination - Ideating / Solutioning / Producing monthly product presentations - Generate indicative pricing and term-sheets of flow trades - Maintaining database of pricing parameters, term-sheets and presentations including pipeline - Contributing to trade idea generation and business development - Functionally responsible for Post - Trade Analytics / Restructuring / Docs - Producing final TS for flow trades - Monitoring trades done (MTM/payout) and performance including restructuring opportunities - Handling internal unwind process, including liaising with trading/credit/legal desks as necessary - Analytical support (e.g. running back-testing, cashflow and MTM sensitivity analysis) - Develop and maintain Risk &amp; Pnl reporting tools and use them to generate alpha - Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks and guide the team in solutioning SKILLS REQUIRED: - Candidate with quantitative and analytical skills, relevant work-ex in quantitative finance preferred (Masters in Financial Engineering / Quantitative Methods a plus) - Preferred exposure to the finance industry - in derivatives structuring / trading - Strong Excel &amp; PowerPoint skills with structuring experience and/or economics knowledge - Capable of working independently with minimal support while being a collaborative team player - Quick learner, with a desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment and good communication skills - Desire to cultivate a thinking that - connects the dots- between real world economics and the business - Individual with a sense of commitment &amp; motivation for self-development along with attention to detail
