Role : DVP + level role in Projects &amp; Properties Role specs: - To help support ramp up of Bank's operations pan India by setting up new branches &amp; offices. - Execute major projects including new branch offices and refurbishment / renovation of existing offices. - Finalize turnkey operators for interior fit out of new branches &amp; for renovation of branches. - Co-ordinate with Architects / Designers for the turnkey projects executions. - Co-ordinate with the commercial land lords for property lease finalization across the country to set up new branches (including Legal Scrutiny, Agreement Signing, Stamp Duty Registration etc.) - Manage Vendor Management process. - Ensure risk mitigation in terms of Health &amp; Safety of staff members and company assets. - Ensure efficient service delivery by all the outsourced facilities service providers within agreed timelines. - Monitor and coordinate Repair and Maintenance of office infrastructure pan India. - Efficiently lead a team across regions
