We are hiring for a DVP - Learning & Development role for one of our client (one of the leading GI company) for Mumbai Location.
Experience required - 8-15 Years
- Must have good understanding of L&D and Talent Management, instructional design, content development, Corporate training delivery/ conduct training need analysis, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Driving and facilitating the implementation of the L&D Plan, Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation programme.
- Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal methods used to make continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate
- Organizing and anchoring the New Hire Orientation programme to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joinees.
- Delivery of in-house training sessions, enrollment in online learning programs, mentoring, self-learning, and other methods.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Team handling experience is a must
