Position: Deputy VP - Business Finance Location: Delhi Job description: - Responsible for P&L of Dollar 100m+ in annual revenue unit - Reporting to the VP Business Finance Focus on Business Finance aspects of the unit : Responsible for financial planning and control of the unit results Responsible for projections and reports to the corporate Responsible for collection of the unit Involved in the financial commercial and legal terms of the contracts with the customers - Working closely with the business, controllership team (separate unit within Finance), and corporate - Managing matrix work within the company - Manage the pipeline, booking, revenue, cost and collection - Prepare and report financial results and monthly business reviews to CFO/CEO - Take a leading role in the Annual Operating Plan process for the business unit Desired Candidate : - BA in Economics or CA - Experience of 8+ years primarily in analytical roles with business aspects - Vast experience in analysis of P&L and budget planning and control - Experience in large organizations - Fluent English - US GAAP knowledge - an advantage - Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with business executives - Ability to travel abroad
