Deputy Vice President - Branch Banking

We have been retained by a large Private Bank to Recruit DVP Branch Banking (Branch Head) for a large Branch based in Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida

Job Role.

- To manage the sales, service, operations and employee development initiatives in order to meet and exceed deposit, loan, investment and other financial service goals for the branch market area and for the bank as a whole.

- Ensure overall branch profitability and performance against defined financial metrics in the branch scorecard

- Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management

- Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision

- Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales

- Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High Net Worth customer programs
