Role Summary:

- The incumbent will be responsible for overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management & NPS, and quality of the project.

- The resource would be required to manage a cross-functional team & must be well versed with the overall value chain in the Real Estate Industry (Land Acquisition to Project Delivery)

Skills required:

Business Acumen:

- Strong understanding of critical decisions that impact P&L and Cashflows

- Exposure in Financial Modelling & Preparing of Annual Business Plan

- Cross Functional Exposure

- Team Management Experience

- Site Management Experience

Project Management:

- PCP exposure

- Customer Experience Management

- Understanding of Sales & Marketing -Systems & Processes

- Ability to assess and mitigate risks

- Understanding of real estate markets and customer requirements

Qualification & Experience:

Post-Graduation from Premier B-School with at least 4+ years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Industry OR Chartered Financial Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst with 8+ years' experience in a similar role in Real Estate Industry
