Deputy Marketing Head - Real Estate

Deputy Head Marketing opportunity in Hyderabad for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced individual having experience in Performance marketing, Brand Marketing & Digital Marketing. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for managing online lead generation campaigns, Media Planning & Buying and managing Digital Marketing & Social Media Content.

Responsibilities:

- Handling multiple channels of marketing, including online and digital & drive all channels of marketing end-to-end.

- Segmenting the customer base, targeting and positioning company's products, communicating the product value and driving product distribution.

- Coordinating launch plans and defining product pricing in collaboration with other teams

- Ensuring overall performance of product distribution efforts like budget management, team/agency coordination and performance metrics

- Monitoring effective benchmarks practices for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and providing data analysis and metric reporting.

- Handling the team & managing their hiring, learning & development.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1/2 B-School in Marketing with expertise in Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing from a real estate background.

- Excellent written and verbal communication & networking skills.

- Excellent people management, communication, negotiation and team management skills
