Deputy Manager - Treasury - BFS (3-6 yrs)
Support function for laisoning with banks, FI's & credit rating for activities related to fund raising.
Job Responsibilities :
- Actively liaison with banks / FIs / credit rating agencies for fund raising activity
- Preparation of project financials, collating data for loan proposals from the internal teams.
- Elementary understanding pertaining to company financials.
- Co-coordinating with the banks / FIs to ensure credit and regulatory audit compliances
- Maintenance of MIS (Loan Book, Repayment schedules, Interest Calculations etc.,)
- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of Loan Portfolio
- Co-ordinate with company legal and CS for bank loan documentation activity.
- Shall be required to travel at times for banks and FIs meeting
- Demonstrate timelines, responsiveness and adherence to deadlines
