Job Responsibilities;

- Handling Enterprise Accounts of TTL

- Retention of existing a/c base

- Revenue Enhancement on a weekly basis with various methodology

- Handling quality control for agent calls

- Resource allocation within the team for all the agents

- Attending client calls on weekly basis for disputed accounts

- Preparing day to day, weekly and monthly metrics for clients

- Preparing reports for internal management team.

- Predict Churn & Plan for Revenue Gap

- Business analyst - Revenue Projection

- Report management & publishing various dashboards to estimate the business output of the month.

- Handle the team effectively in the absence of my higher official and delegates work to the agents

- Should a Management graduate with at least 5-8 yrs of industry experience

- Telecom experience is an added advantage.
