Deputy Manager - Taxation - CA (5-8 yrs)
WE are looking for a Dy Manager Taxation for a reputed business House. The applicant should be a CA and have 5 years post qualification experience. The brief JD is given below:
1) GST & VAT - All States
- Ensuring the Timely registration in the new state.
- Ensuring the addition or deletion of the place of business
- Ensuring Timely filing of the Monthly/Quarterly & Annual Returns
- Ensuring Payment of the VAT/GST on time
- Ensuring the collection of various declaration forms
- Ensuring the VAT/GST GL Clearings
- Coordination for VAT/GST Audits for various states and ensuring the timely completion of the same.
- Timely Completing the Assessments at various VAT/GST Departments
- Coordinating with Consultants and M&M Corporate Sales Tax Department & GST Department
- Introducing the processes and control for minimizing the tax losses to the company
2) Service Tax
- Coordinating with Departments for the Service tax Audits
- Coordinating with Consultants and M&M Corporate Excise Tax Department
- Introducing the processes and control for minimizing the tax losses to the company
- Timely Completing the Assessments at Service Tax Departments
3) Direct Taxes
- Procuring the NIL TDS Deduction certificate
- Ensuring the timely filing of TDS/IT Returns
- Ensuring tax payments on time
- Ensuring the Tax GL Clearings as per the returns
- Introducing the processes and control for minimizing the tax losses to the company
- Coordination with Tax Auditors for the IT Audits & Transfer pricing Audit
- Coordinating with Consultants and M&M Corporate Direct tax team
- Timely Completing the Assessments & Appeals with Department
