Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition - Projects (1-3 yrs)

This manager role sits within the Talent Acquisition People and Operations team. This role will also work on strategic programs of focus in areas such as TA Analytics and Data management along with Assessments, vendor onboarding and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide Project Management infrastructure to scope, lead, and drive re-engineering efforts in Systems, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Sourcing and Selection Strategy, Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience, and various other key business initiatives

- Monitor and control projects/programs so they remain aligned with strategic business initiatives, communicate updates as necessary and ensures adequate resource requirements are available.

- Practice established project management protocols including the development of project plans/timelines, facilitation of project meetings, etc.

- Partner with various key stakeholders, internal and external, to gather inputs and develop objectives, project scope, goals and deliverables for key business projects and initiatives.

- Create innovative and robust presentation documents in support of TA efforts

- Act as a subject matter expert and advise / consult with the TA&PI team or other key stakeholders; develop and cultivate business relationships vital to success of projects / business initiatives

- Strong focus on re-engineering solutions for business reporting issues with broad business impact; may utilize various project management methodologies in initiatives that are focused on increasing operational efficiencies

- Partners with HR colleagues to ensure better integration of priorities.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in the Talent Acquisition space with a strong understanding of process, systems, technology and sourcing platforms

- Strategy design and implementation of major programs experience

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence project working group in decision-making and strategic processes

- Results-oriented with ability to conceive and execute business/operating plans

- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports / recommendations supported by strong analytical and critical thinking skills - filer prioritize and validate complex material from multiple sources
