- Developing and executing key talent attraction strategies and engagement initiatives

- Design, review, oversee and ensure compliance of various recruiting processes, policies & systems

- Leading Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting activities for the Talent Acquisition function

- Developing long term Campus Relationship Management strategies in line with organization goals

- Strategizing & delivering innovative Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing programs

- Manage Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence exercises to constantly build industry knowledge

- Prepare monthly management reviews

- Coordination with top management for strategy formulation and implementation

- Developing and executing key Development initiatives and strategies

- Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after

- Identification of manpower requirements for new / existing departments.

- Develop Transformation methodology and procedure to guide the change process

- Analyze and develop reports for SMG (Strategic Management Group) review

- Design cost saving projects and customer focus programs for top teams

- Roll out strategies to control manpower cost across Group

- Building and executing end to end Talent Acquisition strategy with a strong focus on Cost control, Quality of hire and positive candidate experience.

- Design, review, oversee and ensure compliance of various recruiting processes, policies & systems

- Strategizing & delivering innovative Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing programs

- Vendor management and developing strategic alliances for providing complete staffing solutions
