Purpose of role : - To generate supply and sourcing plans and ensure generated plan are getting executed to deliver target service level for all businesses with constraints of capacity and inventory. Key accountabilities for the role are: - Formulate and optimize supply plan of finished good based on inventory norms and sales forecast - Key interface between Planning and Plants +Third Parties - Liaison with Customer Fulfillment function - Ensure Supply Plan compliance &amp; schedule adherence at Plants and Third Parties - Handle all supply related issues and follow-ups with Plants +Third Parties - Ensure cleanliness and updation of planning master data - Be in active member in various business supply chain initiatives Experience &amp; Expertise (mandatory &amp; desired) Education and Experience : - Science Graduate/ Bachelor of Engg. with minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain - Supply Planning/Production scheduling) . MBA desirable. - Exposure to advance planning systems and experience of multi point, multi warehouse distribution system with large no. of SKU handling will be an advantage.
