Looking to hire a SAP - SD with GST subject matter expert who will be responsible for understanding business / functional requirements; perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and business requirements. Roles &amp; Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Key team member of SAP COE team in the company for SAP Support. SAP implementation Project went Live in May, 2014. - Provide SAP SD with GST subject matter expertise. - Responsible for understanding business / functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements. - Model business processes in SD areas on to the package using prior implementation and Support experience. - Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring and implementing the SD module correctly. Also, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions and 3rd party interfaces. - Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP. - Ensure that all Project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the Project scope &amp; requirements. - Responsible for imparting the end user training. Ensure that the employees understand the need of Sap and also be able to use it to boost the overall performance of the company. - In partnership with business users, continuously strive to bring in new business processes on SAP to improve overall efficiency and productivity in the system. - Should be able to work on Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud) - Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety - Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company Technical/functional Skills: - Candidate should have knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP SD Module including GST, Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and Integration with SAP ECC and Salesforce. - Strong understanding of Integration with other modules (PP/QM/PS/MM /FI/CO) - Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation. - Should be well versed with &amp; SD Process areas including: Order to Cash with GST, Domestic and Export Sales Process (MTO/MTS), Service Sales with all types of Billing plan, Revenue Recognition, Sales returns, Stock transport orders, Debit and Credit Notes, Sample Sales, Pricing, Taxes, Credit Management, Output management, Account Determination, Intercompany Sales, Project based sales process. - Should have experience on monthly and year-end closing activities. - Experience in working on SAP Support projects for day to day business operations and change request for new process implementations as Individual contributor. - Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation with involvement in at least 2 full cycle implementations in the area of Projects. - Experience with core business processes related to Pharma and Services Industry will be preferred. - A thorough knowledge of different SAP products is necessary, how they operate and how they are useful for the company. - Work experience of Solman for Incident &amp; Change Management.
