- Dealer wise target - Collection from RO's & its approvals from Management.
- Order & retail monitoring, taking forecast from regions on early bird & month end & daily cord.
- Monitoring and sharing dealer aged stock with regions and RA approvals for aged stock > 365 days .
- Region wise model wise test drive car performance and test drive ratio sharing with regions.
- Tracking region wise physical delivery day on day basis.
- Preparation and completion of RO's & department presentations .
- Preparation and completion of MIS for Management reporting.
- KPI updates to regions - RM/ZM/ASM
- Completion of ASM Mapping & circulation to the respective departments.
- Managing order quota for models in coordination with Production Planning.
- Focus model/new model launch performance monitoring.
