Job Title: Deputy Manager (Sales People Partner) - North Division/Department: HR Work Location: Delhi, Panchsheel Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: - Designing HR dashboards with data analysis and taking corrective actions. - Evaluating and redesigning associate onboarding & hiring strategy from time to time. - Implementing succession plans and promotion paths for associates in regional and zonal profiles. - Managing strategic processes like Employee retention, Culture Building, R&R, Employee Connects, Change Management, Learning Initiatives & Talent Acquisition. - Responsible for human capital management activities like performance management, associate confirmation & appraisals, exit management, and job rotation. - Managing employee's data for the sales function. Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: - Minimum Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration or related - At least 6-10 years of experiences in the Sales HR, Employee Engagement, Performance Management System, Employee Grievances etc. - Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office - Fluent in English (both written & verbal) - Open for travel in 5. It's an IC role. - Only Male candidates from FMCG or Retail industry.
