Urgent hiring for Deputy Manager - Sales / Electronics - Manufacturing industry | Shona, Gurgaon

Position: - Dy. Manager - Sales (Electrical)

Job Location: - (Shona) Gurgaon

Exp: - 8 + years of sales experience in electrical industry, preferably in Switchgear & Control gear

Salary: - upto 15 lpa - 70 % Fixed + 25 % Variable

Ideal experience:

- Candidate must have at least 8 + years of sales experience in electrical industry, preferably in Switchgear & Control gear

- Professional with high integrity, excellent negotiation skills, market intelligence and interpersonal skills

- Must have handled / developed larger customer accounts, OEM, etc (not retail sales)

- Experience of offer creation will be an added advantage

Key Responsibility:

- Develop, maintain and grow business with key customers.

- Complete coordination as one point contact for customer from RFQ stage to industrialization.

- Work as part of the strategy team to determine which product to focus on enabling increase in margin.

- Responsible for customer receivables.

- Offer creation
