- Supervise the corporate revenue recognition process under ASC 606 - Month-end accounting close activities including preparation of revenue and deferred revenue journal entries for the Company's subscription revenue - Perform and review monthly account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts for deferred revenue and other assigned accounts - Review customer contracts to make sure revenue is recognized in accordance with the ASC 606 guidance - Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fluctuation analysis for revenue and deferred revenue accounts - Oversee the sales order review process performed by the accounting staff - Prepare and review high quality internal control documentation - Participate in the completion of internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and support calculations Requirement : - Minimum 6+ years of relevant exp in Revenue Accounting an general Ledger. - Public or Private high-tech company experience related to revenue recognition accounting; SaaS experience preferred - Team management experience is required - Extensive working knowledge of ASC 606 required - Experience with NetSuite (including their ARM, SRP modules) or another similar ERP system strongly desired
