Deputy Manager - Regulatory Tax

- We have an urgent opening for the position of Deputy Manager - Regulatory Tax.

- Advising on regulatory requirements under Foreign Exchange Control laws, Companies Act and SEBI Regulations;

- Advising and implementation of Restructuring projects which includes mergers, demerger capital reduction, buyback etc.

- Structuring documentation, execution, completion of transactions and regulatory compliances;

- Required CA or CS/LLB

- 5 to 7 years in any CA firms / Law firm or professional firms of repute

- Experience in regulatory and restructuring role

- Knowledge requirements : Company Law, FEMA, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code

- Excellent drafting skills

- Experience in M&A tax to be an added advantage
