Marathi speaking,

- Should have handled the Liaison (excise dept.),

- Import of goods from various countries through air/sea and courier.

- Played a vital role in Project and Pre-opening purchase.

- Complete Cycle right from vendor selection, quotation invitation to delivery at site, and payment. coordination among users, suppliers, bank, freight forwarders, clearing agents, transporters, and courier agents to deliver goods timely to hotel.

- Responsible for complete purchase, store and receiving as well as contract operation

- Getting BOQ's prepared of various departments and review of design layout.

- Determine required inventory levels, maintain budget goals, meet required inventory.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Apply P&L statements and declining balances to project sales and purchases.

- Experienced with inviting and allotting tenders.

- ABC classification of vendors based on criteria like cost, quality, timely delivery etc.

- Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of materials.

- Experienced with implementing a system of inventory management avoiding overstocking of waste
