- Handled Long term / short-term financing requirement including: Preparation of financial model

- Negotiation of terms and conditions of the sanction

- Execution of the financial documents like CRLA, STA, DoH, IOM, ICA etc

- Contributed in issuance of listed Non-convertible Debentures including: Preparation of Information Memorandum

- Finalization of Debenture Trust Deed

- Ensured listing requirements and compliance related to EBP platform

- Handled Working Capital requirement including: Assessing requirement of working capital limits Preparation of CMA

- Negotiation of terms and condition of sanction and execution of financial documents Renewal of working capital limits

- Assisted in issuance of Commercial Papers

- Dealing with Legal counsellor like CAM, SAM, Luthra and Luthra

- Dealing with Rating Agency for assignment/renewal of Credit Rating

- Assisted in availing CMSfacility

- Issuance of Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee / Standby Letter of Credit

- Ensured period compliances viz. Financial Covenants, Debt servicing, Debt Service Reserve Account requirement, Financial Follow-up Report, Un-hedged Foreign Currency Exposure, Stock Statement etc.
