Reporting Head - Merchandising & SCM

Area of expertise :

1. To project sales per store which should be above category benchmark and higher than previous mod drawing. 100% achievement Deptts & category sales plan.(category Benchmark)

2. SKU rationalization, drawing rationalization.

3. Not more than 2 to 3 mod variation for one cluster and classification.

4. Replenishment & better store operation with help of planograms.

5. To drive Modular processes to deliver target and streamlining processes across functional teams i.e. Buyer, Replenishment, Store planning & ops team.

6. Development of new strategy mod as per convenience stores

7. Implementation & Integration of JDA so functional team will have right data to work on space planning

8. Improve CDT, follow Mod design principles and provide right number to cross functional teams to maintain right inventory availability at store & DC

Candidate Preference Preferred from Retail/FMCG industry, experience in same profile
