Deputy Manager - Planning - Manufacturing Firm (6-11 yrs)
Overall responsible for ensuring on time delivery performance to customers both External and Internal across all plants and at the same time the internal efficiencies are constantly challenged and improved.
Responsibilities :
- Master Data maintenance to ensure that one common code is used for various aspects like all materials, processes, resources, customers, suppliers etc. for the company as a whole
- GCC that will evaluate the inputs given by our customers and provide feedback to both the Customers and Prepress for further action for all internal jobs
- Order Confirmation Note is initiated for all external customer orders
- Prioritising and Scheduling which will ensure customers requirements are met by scheduling the execution of various processes across different plants for each job in a manner that ensures customers deliveries are met
- Coordination for smooth flow of orders in to sales
- Material Planning which will identify material in hand as well as in the pipe line, evaluate connectivity between execution date and availability and provide inputs to ensure material of the requires specifications are available for execution
Qualification and Experience :
- Ability to handle the sales team and operations team in a matured way
- Planning & organizing skills, Analytical ability, Bottleneck analysis and problem solving skills
- Full Proficiency over MS Office and other IT Tools, exposure to ERPs is desirable
