The Incumbent should have the primary skill set as Brand Franchise, Brand performance analytics, therapy area like oncology or epidemiology or breast cancer or any therapy etc. - Managing forecasting methodologies and thorough understanding of complexities involved - Create proper scope or defining the problem statement and communicate effectively to the stakeholders - Demonstrate critical and innovative thinking in ways of working - Manage tight delivery timelines and work in the matrix reporting environment - Should have previous work experience in handling structured and semi structured commercial data sources pertaining to sales/ volume/ price/ promotional/patient data enabling to connect the dots and use the data effectively in supporting/validating the hypothesis
