Deputy Manager - Performance Management - BFS (4-8 yrs)
1. Plan and execute all the stages - Goal Setting, Mid-Year, Annual Assessment process.
2. Ensure all the Functional heads prepare their KRAs for the FY in alignment with the approved Annual Business Plan.
3. Ensure goal alignment / cascade of goals happens within the function till the last position/role possible.
4. Ensure Objective and Fair Year End Evaluation of employee's performance by Manager and Performance Review committee through a defined process with clearly articulated performance criteria(s).
5. Ensure real-time and continuous feedback is given to employees throughout the year.
6. Identify poor performers and initiate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in coordination with respective HRBPs.
7. Conduct External Benchmarking with the relevant peer market and incorporate the best practices in order to make PMS process more robust and inclusive.
Major Challenges :
1. Co coordinating with multiple stakeholders for various requirements.
2. Meeting the timelines : Employees don't complete the goal setting / mid-year / year assessment as per the stipulated timelines. In order to overcome it, constant partnering with HRBPs is to be done and regular status is to be shared with Functional Heads & Senior Leadership.
