Job Description:
- Manage the vendor risk management and assessment program.
- Drive business risk assessment process across the organization, covering various departments - for identifying, analysing, and evaluating potential risks that may jeopardize the company's financial, operational, and public relations disciplines. Market risks, financial risks, legal risks, operational risks, and, finally, strategic risks must all be assessed.
- Assist in maturing the 3rd party risk management strategy, development, and execution roadmaps for
Third Party Risk Management.
- Sound knowledge on IT outsourcing and proficient knowledge on Financial Outsourcing and related assessments & associated risks/ mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business and Senior Stakeholders to perform risk assessment and manage vendor
- Pre on-boarding/Due Diligence Assessment, Risk Assessment & on-going monitoring and Off-boarding process.
- Should have good documentation and drafting skills, and should be able to create/ maintain, and update policies & procedures, documentation related to 3rd party risk management/ assessment, other related polices/procedures in line with RBI circulars/ guidelines and industry best practices - Risk Management policies & procedures, Outsourcing Needs and risks, review and preparation of materiality criteria & outcome, process for continuous due diligence of vendors, and its outcome to be tracked, and presented to the Senior Management.
- Review and update Risk Management checklist/ matrix, 3rd party audit checklists (Pre on-boarding, due diligence assessment & off-boarding) based on the Regulatory requirements - RBI Circulars/ Guidelines, Industry events, Process changes, etc.
- Conduct risk based and checklist based audits for the vendors (planned & adhoc), maintain tracker for the same.
- Ensure new vendors are included in the vendor universe and is reviewed periodically (Master Vendor List).
