- Diagnose the TNI's and provide inputs to the AGM HR to build L & D Strategy.
- Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their training requirements
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Designing specific training interventions to address training needs.
- Communicating/Launch of Training calendar - Behavioural + Technical Trainings for employees.
- Develop Internal trainer pool
- Design training modules to drive trainings through internal trainers.
- Using different training techniques like e-learning, simulations, gamification to develop learning culture
- Ensuring self-development goals will be set for all employees
- Conducting sessions like knowledge caf- & book club and awareness sessions of self-development to foster self-development of employees
- Conducting assessments to evaluate leadership development needs
- Designing interventions for leadership development across India
- Evaluating impact of interventions
- Design L & D SOP
- Create internal trainer pool & repository for external trainers across India
- Create a training manual for all behavioural & Technical trainings with defined objectives and contents for PAN India
- Co-ordinating for all the trainings at Head Office which includes blocking training room in advance, arrangements at training room and timely communications to all the participants.
- Timely processing payments for all the vendors; Agreement & vendor code creation for all new vendors as applicable
- EMS and other approvals to be taken in advance for smooth execution of trainings
- Pre-Trainer evaluation & Post training feedback analysis to be done to understand effectiveness of trainings
- Training MIS to be maintained and updated monthly
- Implement online LMS PAN India
- Build LMS awareness - Branding and communication
- Create online PLSIND training Academy
