Deputy Manager - Operations - Capital Market

- To perform the operational activities related to Masters / Billing & recovery / System Driven Disclosure (SDD) - SAST / PIT/ SHP etc. processed by Company.

- To co-ordinate with internal / external auditors and inspection teams.

- To respond the queries from Issuer / DP / RTA.

- Raise / suggest system requirements for implementing necessary system related changes.

- Co-ordinate with internal stake holders / team members etc.

- Cleaning up system database in line with latest regulatory requirements and smooth lining processes.

- Handling regulatory queries and responding to various emails, circulars, letters from the Regulator.

- To implement new regulatory requirements / projects.

- Prepare the draft communiques / responses for review by seniors.

- Any activities assigned by supervisors, HOD, senior management etc.

- Postgraduate preferably MBA in Finance/MMS/ CA/CS etc with 5- 12 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in the capital markets or related field will have added advantage
