DM Marketing (Online &amp; Offline) - Product Startup About the Role : - As a key member in the marketing team, this individual will be developing and implement strategies to improve marketing campaigns, achieve monthly revenue targets and manage end-to-end strategic partnerships. - The individual will also play a key role in aligning various key stakeholders from other functions and managing monthly and quarterly big-ticket events. Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Oversee the development of compelling creatives focused on various campaigns (online &amp; offline both) &amp; run the campaigns end to end - Manage the full scope of the inbound marketing funnel to drive awareness, engagement, conversions and sales - Maintain &amp; update the websites - Create a content strategy that's pertinent to the stakeholders - Optimize campaign performance through creative testing optimization; ensure that all program have measurable response rates, conversion rates, positive ROI and track lead generation goals Desired Skills &amp; abilities : - 2-4 years of experience in online &amp; offline marketing campaigns and execution - A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness - Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners, making tradeoffs against business priorities - Passion for data, metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable marketing plans - Ability to develop strategies and measurable implications with strong analytical skills - MBA/PGDM in Marketing
