Deputy Manager - Merchant Banking Operations - CA - NBFC

Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDBM with specialization in Finance and CA.

Work Experience :

- Work experience of 2-5 years in operations in Merchant Banking Division of any company of repute or should have 2-5 years of experience in working in operations of debt capital market. He/she must have exposure & experience in dealing with various exchanges issuers, dealers, investors .

Core Purpose of the Role :

- Overseeing processing of primary issuances (Commercials paper / Non-Convertible Debentures), Capital gain bonds, FDs, RBI Bonds

- Overseeing End to End IPO Process (From Lead manager perspective and from bidding perspective and final recon)

- Overseeing Operational Process for Other products (ICD, Valuations, Advisory etc)

- Should have knowledge of Electronic bidding platform, assist dealers and team in execution, bidding and settlements through exchange

- Oversee distributor appointments for various products

- Timely statutory (RBI and SEBI) and other reporting's (Rating agencies) should be done

- Responsible for periodic MIS

- Empanelment with various organizations

- Manage routine compliance issues related to division

- Liaison with exchanges/ distributors/ Issuers and authorities like SEBI/NSE/BSE/NSDL/CDSL/RBI/ Registrars/Trustees/Legal Counsels/ROC/Rating Agencies - Updating team about any CP/ NCD new guild lines as per SEBI/ Co Act/ RBI

- Partner software development (Co-ordination with software vendor, UAT for new requirements)

- Resolving auditors queries
