Deputy Manager - Marine Underwriting - Insurance (5-8 yrs)
This position is to assist all branch/ zonal offices to profitably grow & manage marine cargo portfolio. Apart from the core acitivity of underwriting this position involves effective & efficient process & system development for underwriting.
Responsibilities:
1. Underwriting - Underwrite marine proposals which are referred to Head office.
2. Portfolio management - Review & analysis of portfolio in terms of both top & bottom line.
3. System development - Co-ordinating with concern teams for system development including changes in existing system.
4. Compliance - To ensure that all regulatory, underwriting & other applicable government guidelines are followed.
Education : Minimum graduate/PG. Preferred Fellow or Associate from III.
Experience : Minimum 5 yrs experience of marine cargo underwriting
