Position Title : Deputy Manager / Manager Talent Acquisition Location : Navi Mumbai Objective: As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will provide the incumbent a platform to constantly improvise and upgrade his/her skills. In addition to the talent acquisition delivery, the incumbent will be provided with an opportunity to work closely on market intelligence, latest practices and process improvement strategies. Main Tasks: - Performing recruitment process & lifecycle and partnering with hiring managers & HR team to determine and fulfil staffing needs - Administering appropriate company assessments - Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved - Ensure that positions are filled as per business requirement and agreed KPIs/SLAs - Candidate mapping and sourcing from appropriate channels - Understanding and leveraging social media network tools to attract potential candidates - Candidate management on Taleo - Offer management - Maintaining Recruitment Analytics. - Tracking the cost against each of the new hires - Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations - Working on various recruitment and Organizational/Business projects - Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and various national and state laws regarding employment practices - Take steps to ensure positive candidate & hiring manager experience Requirements: - MBA in business administration, human resources or relevant field - 8 to 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding - Strong understanding and expertise in working on Taleo. - Proficient in the use of social media, LinkedIn and job boards - Strong Project Management & Excel skills - Well-organized, planned & process oriented, strong IT orientation - Ability to analyse and present data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills - Strategic/ tactical thinking - Ability to create solutions - Influential communication - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships - Consistently deliver results
