Deputy Manager/Manager/Senior Manager - Total Rewards & PMS - Life Insurance (4-10 yrs)
One of the top clients in Life insurance industry is urgently looking for DM/ Manager/ Sr Manager Total Rewards & PMS.
Incumbent of this role is required to handle:
- Annual performance management cycle by managing budgeting, simulations, planning, roll out & conclusion stage
- Off cycle comp reviews
- Analytics pre, during and post compensation review cycle
- Annual compensation benchmarking exercise
- Work with Zonal HRs for various compensation needs for business verticals
- HR analytics & digitization projects
- Managing the LTI schemes and handle executive comp
Job requirements:
- MBA with specialization in HR from tier 1or 2 B school
. Atleast 4 years of hands on work ex in C&B role to max 10 yrs of exp
- Excellent data handling capability with hands on experience in working on excel with complex formulas. Expertise in Macros is added advantage.
- Eye for details and superlative persuasive skills
- Top notch analytical skills
