JOB PURPOSE
To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sells products by implementing sales plans.
- Manage to meet/exceed monthly, Annual sales Targets.
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling, following up on work results.
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Measurable Deliverable:
- Achieving Sales Target
- Provide accurate and timely team and individual KPI analysis on client satisfaction, teamwork, EBITDA and revenue
- Analyses sales mix by client and portfolio, including product penetration
- Develops strong and effective working relationships with the sales teams to ensure growth in their respective client lists
