Deputy Manager/Manager - Plant HR - Automotive Components

- Opening with worlds second largest Japanese mnc in automotive components.

- Candidate must be MBA/ MSW with minimum 8years experience in a similar role.

- Looking for candidate with manufacturing/ Plant HR role

- Must have handled minimum 400 on roll manpower

- Experience on talent retention/development

- C&B/PMS/employee engagement, TA, etc

- Experience on making HR policies, procedures, change management.

- Experience in plant strategic HR role.

- Candidate must be able to lead a team of 2-3 HR professionals (HR Executive/ Sr. Executive)

- Must be having experience in HR generalist role in a good manufacturing unit
