Responsibilities:
- Will manage organizational change management.
- Will manage organization re-structuring and change management project across HR functions
- Lead and support the continuous development of the best of breed Change Management approach and tools Partnering with cross-functional leaders to cater to solutions for complex transformations programs globally
- Responsible for knowledge management of all Change Management material and introducing innovative practices to existing processes to support the implementation of transformation programs
- Provide coaching to management on the use of tools and methodologies
- Developing Change Management presentations and learning materials
- Facilitating Change Management workshops and learning sessions
- The incumbent will formulate HR Strategy, HR Policy and Process Design, Change Management, Organization Design, and Program Management.
- Will developing and managing large-scale organizational transformations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mandatory: Consulting experience in HR change management projects
Exp : 4-6 years
Education: MBA in (HR)
Industry: Only consulting industry
