Deputy Manager/Manager - Merger & Acquisition - Manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD

Job Profile :

- Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and companies that might be viable business targets

- Develop the investment thesis for acquisitions and lead project management for acquisitions/divestitures process.

- Co-ordinate with external advisors (Investment banks, Attorneys, valuation experts, etc) and internal cross-functional teams on acquisitions/divestitures

- Conduct due diligence, financial and business analysis of targets including identifying areas for value creation/synergies

- Carrying out financial modelling for supporting the assessment of M & A opportunities (investment, divestment etc.)

- Analysis of market conditions and development, competitive landscape and strategic options for various Business Units and Product Groups.

- Integration planning of completed acquisitions

Candidate Profile :

- CA with 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing companies/ FMCG / FMCD/ Cement/ Engineering.

- Good communication skills - both written and verbal - with a demonstrated ability to communicate firmly and clearly to the business

- Strong Analytical & Advisory skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Excellent knowledge of corporate M & A skills
