Deputy Manager/Manager - Mechanical/Condition Monitoring - Chemicals (8-12 yrs)

Base Location : Haldia, West Bengal
Education : Full Time BE / B. Tech. (Mechanical) only
Responsibilities :
1. Condition Monitoring of Process plant Equipments
2. Inspect Site for Estimation & Planning of Maintenance / Scheme Jobs / Project works
3. Maintain Safe working practices
4. Plan, Distribute and Supervise daily maintenance work, i.e. Breakdown, Shutdown, Preventive / Predictive Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance
5. Follow SAP PM & MM module o execute the maintenance & spare management
6. RCA & Trouble shooting of critical Rotary equipment
Must have knowledge of :
1. Vibration Analysis Certified (Level II), Exposure of System 1, IIOT
2. Rotary Equipment FFT Data Capture
3. Equipment Lubrication, Type of Lubricants & it's use, Test parameters trending & interpreting the abnormality.
4. Conformity with IMS Standard
5. Digital Platform (SAP S4 HANA, ARIBA, Success Factor, E-Permit)
6. Rotary Equipment basic Maintenance Standards
