Deputy Manager/Manager - Marketing - Telecom - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI (7-12 yrs)

Our client is a telecom company with phenomenal success 10X growth in just three years! With capability across Products, Services and Software, they provide network solutions for 5G, FTTx, rural broadband and data centres for telcos, cloud companies and the defence.
The Role:
You will be managing the Marketing activities for the Network service Business.
The Key responsibilities are:
1. Develop marketing strategies for new and current products, basis demand-side drivers, need-gap analysis, customer insights and competitor intelligence, etc
2. Develop value-based positioning via TCOs, value cases studies etc
3. Lead a team in creating the marketing calendar for the events and tradeshows.
4. Plan and execute programs such as branding activities, thought leadership programs, customer events and tradeshows
5. Conceptualise, launch and lead account-based marketing programs backed by strong account analysis
6. Lead content marketing & digital marketing initiatives.
7. Maturity to work with senior internal stakeholders and customers across technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Your Profile:
1. Preferably looking for MBA in Marketing from premium institutes.
2. 7-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 4-5 years in data networks, telecom along with IT service marketing.
3. Preferable 2-3 years of experience in international marketing supporting IT services.
4. Hands on experience in managing the global stakeholders.
