Deputy Manager/Manager - Learning & Development (6-10 yrs)
Job Purpose: Driving Learning & Development for the entire group
Reporting to: Corporate HR
Role & Responsibilities:
- Training Need Analysis.
- Preparation of Training Calendar for the group.
- Implementation of Training programmes.
- Conduct Training's on in house requirements.
- Managing different channels of learning interventions like LMS, Classroom, Virtual, Video etc
- Tracking learning progress.
- Creation of Various Reports for L&D.
- Conducting Training Assessments.
- Interaction with external training vendors and maintaining database of MDP programmes.
- Coordinating for MDP Programmes.
- Driving Learning Interventions as a part of Development Plans of employees.
Job Involves The Following Linkages:
Within the Organization: across departments & respective Business Heads
Outside the Organisation: Clients/Customers, Vendors, and HR Forums etc.

Qualification: Graduate and MBA in HR / Training & Development
Experience: 6- 10 years of experience in L&D Role with any organization having employees more than 500 employees.
