We are having an urgent opening for DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER HR for a reputed BUSINESS CONGLOMERATE for their REAL ESTATE DIVISION based at DELHI location. The role is an individual contributor role Base Job Location : NEW DELHI Purpose of the Position: This position is responsible for: The incumbent will be responsible to independently manage talent acquisition for the Real Estate business and also provide support to HRBP in day to day HR activities. Detailed Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: - Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs - Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans - Perform sourcing through various channels (job portals, Linkedin, iimjobs etc) to fill open positions and anticipate future needs - Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) - Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements - Proactively create applicant pool and talent pipeline for future - Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience - Assist in employee retention and development - Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Onboarding &amp; Induction: - Facilitate employee onboarding and induction of new joiners into business - Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour - Introduce team members HRBP Support: - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties - Maintenance of employee records - Assist with performance management process, HIPO identification - Coordination for training programs - Support in employee engagement activities, fun at work - HR Data analysis (attrition,productivity,cost per hire,compensation analysis, performance rating analysis etc..) - Creation of monthly HR dashboards, MIS Remuneration will be best in the industry.
