Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Sr. VP . HR No of Direct reportee : 7 Location: Mumbai Job Purpose: - To participate in creating progressive HR practices in the Organization by utilizing all levers of HR function. Strategic HRM: - Deploy HR strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives. - Function as a strategic business partner to the operations teams and functions regarding key organizational and management issues - Ensure people process are qualitatively and timely driven across company People &amp; Function Management: - Plan and control the agreed function structure and manpower requirements, headcount and budget, establish measurements and development measures to appraise the performance of team. - Train and coach direct reports. Performance Management: - Works with other Leads/HODs in order to understand the key performance improvement indicators and builds the Performance parameters across roles and functions - Oversees the deployment of an organization-wide performance appraisal program and monitors the progress constantly - Recommendation of annual salary adjustment to ensure that an integrated effective system is in place to enhance employee development and motivation. Talent Management - Conducts Hi-Po identification, Succession planning, Talent Reviews, and Building career map, etc. - Designs and aligns the Competency Framework of the organization - Conducts readiness assessments, job-impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments - Design and execute various Leadership Developmental programs, Coaching and - Mentoring program, etc. in order to build talent in line with the Organizations Values and Competencies, Work closely with businesses to identify and build a strong leadership pipeline for the group by identifying successors for Critical roles Learning and Development: - Design and deliver Leadership Programs, Coaching and TNI based programs, - Managerial development program and Functional training programs - Drive the Leadership Development plan for the organization to ensure right talent pool is available to achieve the organization's vision - Design and drives learning platforms across organization to ensure continuous skill development Compensation &amp; Benefits - Develop, review and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the firm. - Recommend total remuneration policies and practices which reflect the evolving market practices - Work on incentive program to enhance productivity - Ensuring regulatory compliance - HR Operations - Overseeing the Payroll and Life Cycle Management of the entire workforce. Candidate Specification: - MBA in HR from a reputed college. - 8 - 12 years of experience in HR, with exposure to progressive HR processes. - Demonstrated leadership abilities ability to work across all levels of management to build relationships and influence change. - Desire to contribute by challenging status quo and proposing alternatives to change. - Strong written and verbal communications skills - including the ability to synthesize assessment data and summarize complex information into tangible and measurable language The job profile would also require the candidate to travel across India.
