Deputy Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner - West - Real Estate (6-10 yrs)
Position: Hr Business Partner
Our client is looking for HR Business partner West Region with a Real estate Organization.
This is a generalist role with responsibility of employee life cycle for employees in the west region ( residential and commercial).
Principal Accountabilities is to build a strategic HR business partnership with assigned departmental head to support the delivery of the business strategy and plan in alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Partner with the recruitment team for man power planning, acquisition activities & facilitate talent development actions
- Assist the departmental head in execution of performance management processes and implement associated reward strategies
- Partnering with the departmental heads & top level management in conceptualizing and implementing change management practices.
- Timely review of established HR policies to align with the changing needs of the support functions in order to increase employee efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Manage organizational design & development initiatives & promote a culture and environment aligned with the organization values.
- Drawing up and implementing the annual HR budgets based on the corporate strategic business plan.
- Advise, co-ordinate and mediate on key employee relations issues
- Support central HR initiatives/ projects
