- Be employee engagement champion and work towards creating and sustaining a highly engaged workforce
- Identify people as well as business challenges that are possible obstacles to organizational outcomes and propose/create interventions that can bring in desired synergies
- Work on creating an employer brand that helps attract, inspire and retain talent
- Suggest and implement process improvements & re-engineering of existing Org Processes that help people productivity
- Be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating the Performance Management System
